So I tried to order a plant, but the site kept glitching when I got to checkout. The payment page loaded twice, and I didn’t get a clear confirmation for ages, which made me nervous. it was way more stressful than a simple order should be, and I’m not really keen to use the site again

The site looks at first, but using it was kind of a pain. Pages were loading slowly for me, and I had to dig around way too much just to find delivery info. Checkout wasn’t super smooth either. The plants themselves were fine, but the website could definitely use some work, it just felt...

The whole thing just wasn’t worth the hassle for me. The service itself was fine, I guess, but when it came time to cancel the subscription, it felt like way more of a headache than it should have been. I don’t mind paying for something if I’m actually using it, but if canceling turns into a drawn-out process, it really leaves a bad impression. At the end of the day, I just didn’t feel like it was worth dealing with all that.

I was really happy with this plant. It showed up looking full and healthy, with no damage that I could see. It’s been sitting on my shelf for about a week or so now and looks great there

The plant turned out okay in the end, so I can’t really complain too much about that, but the whole delivery part was kind of frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and the delivery info was confusing enough that I had no idea when it was actually going to show up. I just kept checking and waiting, thinking maybe it would update, but not really. So yeah, plant was alright, but the shipping communication definitely could’ve been better.

The plant looked nice when it arrived, and the overall presentation was okay. The box was a bit squashed though, and there was some loose soil inside, which made it feel a little less special. Not a huge deal, and the pot itself was wrapped well. Overall it was fine, but for the price I was expecting it to arrive a bit neater.

I used a discount code on my plant order and it actually worked right away, which is always a nice surprise. I was mostly just focused on getting the plant I wanted, then remembered the code at checkout, and yep, the money came off instantly. Delivery was fine too, nothing weird or stressful, it just turned up as expected. Smooth overall.

I’m really not the best with plants, like at all, but the one I got from Beards & Daisies has been so easy to keep going. The care card was nice and clear too, not loads of overwhelming info. It arrived looking healthy, no drama so far. I’d definitely order again.

Maybe it’s just me, but I expected customer service to get back a bit quicker. The plant was fine in the end, so no real complaints there, but I did have to follow up once before I got a proper answer. They were polite when they finally replied, just a little slow overall.

I ordered a plant for my sister, and it showed up exactly on the day they said it would. It was packed nicely and there were no issues at all, which I really appreciated since it was something I wanted to send to her. Super happy with how smooth the delivery was.

The pots themselves look fine and do the job, but the tray was kind of disappointing. For the price, I was expecting something a bit sturdier, not something that feels like it was included as an afterthought. Makes you wonder where most of the cost is actually going

I only went on Beards & Daisies to find one plant, because apparently I thought I had self-control. Ended up browsing for ages because there’s loads to choose from, indoor plants, pots, gifts, the lot. It was easy to find something that suited my flat, and the prices seemed reasonable too. I’ll probably use them again next time I “just need one more plant.”

i’m happy with the plant. I checked the photos a few times before ordering, and what arrived looked really close to them. It was maybe a bit smaller than I had in my head, but the colour and shape were spot on. The packaging was fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because I think the sizing could be made a little clearer, but overall it was a good buy.

So... the issue got fixed, and I’m quite happy with how it turned out.

My plant box showed up battered, which was disappointing. I was expecting it to be in better shape when it arrived. Has anyone else had the same issue with their delivery?

The plant care emails were useful, especially the parts about watering. They were easy to follow and didn’t dump a ton of information on me at once, which I appreciated because I already get overwhelmed trying to remember which plant likes what... and then I end up staring at a pothos like it’s going to explain itself.
That said, some of the advice felt a little too basic. When a few leaves started turning brown, I still wasn’t totally sure what to do and had to look things up myself. So yeah, not bad overall, just not something that answered every little plant panic moment.
